Scheduled - Dear Partners,

This is a planned maintenance window for our Odin Portal. Typically on a Friday evening we will be conducting any necessary maintenance on the platform, you can expect elements of the platform to be unavailable for up to two hours if we exercise the window.

In this window we are are adding new 365 offerings and as a result 365 provisioning will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window.

We have moved this window to Saturday morning from 07:00am to 9:00am.

Scheduled - Dear customers,

Due to ongoing issues that are currently being experienced that are related to the downtime experienced on 04/12/2017 Neotel engineers will be clearing the MAC address tables that relate to our various IP subnets. We do expect a limited period of connectivity loss during the maintenance window which will impact connectivity to the Neotel DC as well as vCloud Director.

The maintenance will take place during the following periods:
Planned Event Start time: 21:00 | 05/12/2017 (GMT+2)
Planned Event End time: 22:00 | 05/12/2017 (GMT+2)

Resolved - Neotel have resolved the connecticity issues that they were experiencing.
We will update with an RCA as soon as its made available to us.

Update - Neotel are still working on the issues currently in their DC.
We are seeing some connectivity being restored but not all. Some sites are still affected.
Our engineers are requesting constant updates and we will continue to update on this channel.

Identified - Neotel have confirmed they are currently suffering a major outage on their connectivity.
We will be following up with them constantly on their progress in resolving the issue and will update this thread further.

Investigating - Good morning,

We are experiencing connectivity issues to all Neotel hosted subnets.
Our technicians have opened a call with Neotel and we are waiting for further details.

The platform will remain available however new services will not be able to be deployed for the duration of this update. The management of current services will not be affected.
