Dear customers,

Due to ongoing issues that are currently being experienced that are related to the downtime experienced on 04/12/2017 Neotel engineers will be clearing the MAC address tables that relate to our various IP subnets. We do expect a limited period of connectivity loss during the maintenance window which will impact connectivity to the Neotel DC as well as vCloud Director.

The maintenance will take place during the following periods:
Planned Event Start time: 21:00 | 05/12/2017 (GMT+2)
Planned Event End time: 22:00 | 05/12/2017 (GMT+2)
